APPEARANCE
As with all iPhone models the build quality is excellent and there is a solid feel to the phone in large part due to the fact that it has an aluminium body. This gives the phone a real premium feel when compared to other premium phones that are typically made from moulded plastic.

PERFORMANCE

SCREEN
The 4-inch screen housed in the iPhone 5s is one of the smaller screens when compared with other leading smartphones and as such the resolution suffers slightly at 1,136×640 but this is more than compensated for by the benefit of being able to operate the phone one handed easily and the sheer excellence of the screen vibrant Retina display.
CAMERA
The camera on the 5s is excellent with many people preferring to use the iPhone as their primary camera so they can leave the dedicated digital camera at home. BATTERY
The battery life on the 5s is good - a greater improvement when compared with previous iPhone's but it is still the type of phone that will need to be charged on a daily basis if you regularly use the phone. If the 5s has a weakness it is probably the battery which is not best in class and it is sealed inside the phone so if the battery was to fail you would not be able to swop it out yourself for a new battery, it would need to be repaired by Apple.

The iPhone 5s is a polished top end mobile phone that is hard to beat.
